Dr. Victor Klausner, DO

Education & Qualification:
Dr. Klausner performed his medical training at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago and completed a residency program in Family Practice and Sports Medicine at Midwestern University in 1999. He has practiced Occupational Medicine and Family Practice Medicine in Southern Nevada since 2000. He founded the Center for Occupational Health and Wellness in 2005 and he has served as Medical Director since that time, treating over 10,000 patients in Southern Nevada. His passion for Integrative Healthcare, Preventative Medicine and Rehabilitation has set him apart as a leader in the Occupational Medicine field in Southern Nevada. He has completed the UCLA Medical Acupuncture Course for Physicians in 2003 and he served on the Nevada Board of Oriental Medicine from 2005 to 2008. His passionate dedication to the Osteopathic Medical community manifested in service on the Nevada Osteopathic Medical Association Board from 2007 to 2010, culminating in selection as the President of the Osteopathic Medical Association in 2011. Dr. Klausner’s dedication to helping his patients maintain functional employment led him to be a founding board member for the Nevada Disability Prevention Coalition in 2009 and he served as an integral board member until 2018. He currently serves as a per diem medical director for the State of Nevada Workers’ Compensation System. Dr. Klausner takes pride educating and mentoring young medical professionals, and on his days off from work he enjoys hiking, playing basketball and watching the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
